Organic extra virgin olive oil in bottles and tins

Salella is an ancient olive variety native to the Cilento. Azienda Agricola Musto grows Salella exclusively in its groves at Acquavella.

We harvest our olives early in the season, when yields are naturally lower. The result is less oil, but richer in polyphenols, lower in acidity and more intense in aroma.

Yes. The oil is certified organic by Q Certificazioni (IT BIO 014) along the whole process: from the management of our land to milling and storage.

Cold pressed, using mechanical methods only, at the Pietrabianca olive mill of the Monzo family in Casal Velino Marina.

Marasca bottles of 750 ml and 1 litre; 5 litre tins.
